DELICIOUSLY DIFFERENT.

 Hold the phone, is that some colour in your outfit, Megs?Whilst we all pick our jaws up from the floor, let me explain...This blog post, will be slightly different to the norm. Why? Because it's in collaboration with Kinder Bueno.How has that got anything to do with Fashion and Beauty blogging, you ask?Well, let me tell you. Kinder Bueno set me a challenge. They asked me to create an outfit based around everyone's favourite chocolate snack. And when they got in touch, the excitement was real. I remember Bueno bars first launching in the UK when I was at school. And my best friend and I used to put our pennies together to buy one to share - splitting the two chocolate wafers bars between us - it's still my favourite treat now, so I was obviously excited for the opportunity to collaborate.Putting together an outfit based on chocolate isn't exactly the norm and it was certainly going to challenge my typical monochrome wardrobe choices...But alas, I was majorly excited to at least give it a whirl! I decided a mixture of colours and textures would be the best way to go to really link in with the Kinder Bueno theme.Off the Shoulder Striped Top.With burnt orangey reds, browns and beige stripes it's a two in one. Not only does it compliment the colours of the packaging and the chocolate, it's also textured, like the darker chocolate that is drizzled over the outer casing on the Bueno bar.Suede A-Line Skirt.Firstly, this is what I like to call my 'what dreams are made of' skirt. Soft to the touch, the texture lends itself to the intensely creamy, hazelnut filling of the Bueno and the tan, camel colour fits perfectly too.Leather Lace Up Flatforms.Last up, these serisouly snazz-tastic flatforms take me back to my youth, just like Kinder Bueno. They scream fun and don't take themselves too seriously, not to mention are so pretty I could die.

Alex and I made the most of the (somewhat questionable) summer sun and went for a picnic. It was such a fun day - messing around in a nearby field and singing to each other in the car. I filmed it all, so you can have a watch below if you'd like. It was so lovely to spend some quality time with her - she's a good egg, that one.
