WELCOME WEEKDAY.
When Weekday announced they were opening a store in London my tiny heart skipped a beat. They're one of my all time favourites when it comes to fashion and having only been able to shop them online until this point I couldn't wait to get down to the big smoke to see what was in store…literally.
Covering two humungous floors, their Scandinavian inspired style comes full to the brim with all the denim you could dream of, a host of velvet statement pieces and all the basics you'll need.
I fell head over heels for this two piece as soon as I saw it - a plush, pale pink velvet suit with thistle print to boot, I mean, what more could you ask for?
Whilst rocking this look together might not be to everyone's taste, these two pieces work just as well independently. I've spent more time this year experimenting with prints and colour in my wardrobe and I can't believe I didn't do it sooner - gone are the days of a purely monochrome wardrobe; I'm so excited to try new things and I'm SO glad that my favourite brands are, too.
